Release Desktop Validator, version 2.0.0

A new version of the desktop validator, 2.0.0, has been released. This brings the following changes:
1. Changed how the validation tool is updated; new rule revisions can be updated directly from within the application.
2. Rules 181 - 182 have been added - these check whether the ZFExistenta and ZFPropusa layers contain correct geometries or 'sliver polygons';
3. Rules 183 - 184 have been added - these check that the codes in the layers LocalLandUrbanRegulation and DetailedLandUrbanRegulation are unique on the columns ZRS_D_ZF_ZRS_Code and ZRS_ZF_ZRS_ZF_Code.
4. Rules 185 - 188 have been added - these check the correspondence between the combination of code and functional typology in the Code_ZF_ZF, Type_ZF, Code_SZF and Type_SZF columns in the ZFPropused and ZFExisting ZFP layers respectively.
5. Rules 189 - 191 have been added - they check whether the codes in Code_ZF and Type_ZF in the layers ZFPropusa and ZFExisting and for the codes in Code_ZRS and Type_ZRS in the layer SupplementaryRegulatoryZone correspond to the typology detailed in the technical rules.
6. Rules 192 - 193 have been added - these check that the timestamps in the Date_exp and Date_approved columns in the ZFPropusa layer and for the Data_exp column in the ZFExistenta layer are identical.
7. Rules 194 - 202 have been added - these check that objects in layers containing geometries have only longitude and latitude coordinates (no longitude and/or elevation coordinates - M/Z).
8. Rules 203 - 208 have been added - these check if polygon geometries have an area equal to the area specified in the corresponding field (e.g. Arie_ZF, Arie_ZRS, Arie_INT).
9. Rules 209 - 211 have been added - they check if line geometries have length equal to the length specified in the corresponding field (e.g.: Length).
10. Rules 212 - 215 have been added - these check whether the layers LocalLocalUrbanRegulation and DetailedLocalUrbanRegulation show data consistent with the data coming from the layers PFAApproved and AdditionalRegulationArea, for the field Area_Type.
11. Rules 216 - 221 have been added - these check whether the spatial extent of the layers fall within the boundaries of the SpatialPlan layer.
12. The validation rules have been renumbered.
13. Changed the format of the validation report to detail the aspects checked for each rule.
14. Tolerances for topological validations have been checked and corrected.
15. A number of rules were changed to Warning or Blocker status.
16. The nomenclatures of allowed values have been checked and corrected to correspond to the specifications in the technical rules and to take into account only records with diacritics.
